Forgotten debits and subscriptions to cancel
A forgotten debit is a payment that returns before you remember why. One or two months of a statement is often enough: the same label, the same amount, or close to it.
Cancelling depends on the contract. Car or home insurance after one year follows the rule on the Hamon-law page. Another subscription follows its own terms, in the customer page or on the contract.
- Import a statement, or write down debits that share a name.
- Set aside rent, energy and tax: those are not forgotten.
- For the rest, open the contract or the customer page and find the end date.
- Once it is cancelled, remove the bill from the Fleuris calendar so it does not return in the month.
Questions
Can a debit be reversed afterwards?
Sometimes, with the bank or the biller, inside their own time limit. This page does not describe that process and does not start it.
Is a Fleuris account required?
No. Import is read in the browser. Without an account, the statement is not sent.
