Cancel insurance under the Hamon law

To cancel, write to the insurer or go through the new insurer. The text below is the alert file, with its date.
Insurance
After one year, auto-renewing car insurance can be cancelled at any time, with no reason to give (Hamon law). To stay insured, the new insurer notifies the old one. Home insurance can also be cancelled at any time after one year. The contract ends one month later.
