Fleuris is a free budgeting tool, in French and English, published at https://fleuris.fr/. This page names the publisher and the host.

French law requires this notice. Article 1-1 of loi n° 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 (LCEN) asks a public online service to identify its publisher, its publication director and its host. Since loi n° 2024-449 of 21 May 2024, that duty sits in article 1-1. Before that statute, the same duty was in article 6 of the LCEN. Pay, bills, statements and goals stay in the browser, on the device, in IndexedDB. Without an account, Fleuris does not receive them. With an optional account, only ciphertext is placed with the host, and Fleuris cannot read it. The privacy policy explains this.
