Terms of use
These terms cover the use of Fleuris, at https://fleuris.fr/, as of 10 October 2026. Fleuris is a free tool for a household budget: bills, a calendar, a statement import, and public alerts.
Access
Use is free of charge. Nothing is for sale. You need a current browser. After a first load, part of the site can open offline from the app cache. An account is optional. Without one, the tool works the same way.
Your data
You keep the figures stored on the device. The privacy policy describes that storage, the host logs, and the absence of a tracker in the code.
Expected use
You use Fleuris for your own budget. You do not try to disrupt the site, and you do not present the tool as financial, tax or investment advice.
Disclaimer
Fleuris is an information tool. It is not financial advice, investment advice or tax advice. Public figures are readings already published, with their date. They come from cited sources. The disclaimer page says more.
Public alerts
The notes (fuel, electricity, property tax, insurance) are copied from public sources, with the source name and the date. They can be late, incomplete or corrected later. Before you act, check the official source, for example service-public.fr for a tax or a cancellation.
Availability
The site is published on a best-effort basis. An outage, an update or the withdrawal of a public source can take a page offline. Fleuris does not promise a numerical result.
Ownership
The name Fleuris, the site text and the interface belong to the publisher. You may use the tool. You may not present it as your own. The data you enter stays yours.
Liability
Fleuris is not a party to your contracts, whether with a bank, an insurer, an energy supplier or the tax authorities. A decision you take from the screens is yours. Protections the law does not allow to be set aside, including for a consumer, still apply.
Mediation
Fleuris sells nothing. The publisher is a sole trader. The name of a consumer mediator is not listed on this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. They do not name a particular court. The competent court depends on your situation.
