Ask for the fragile-customer offer
If your bank has identified you as a financially fragile customer, it has to offer you the offre clientèle fragile. That offer costs at most €3 a month, not counting incident fees.

This letter asks your bank for that offer. It does not dispute a fee.
The letter stays in French, because it goes to a bank in France. Fleuris does not send it.
