I've moved
Fleuris does not give advice. Each row links to an official page, when one exists.
In October, and after a move, the Fleuris alert asks you to open impots.gouv.fr and see any amount still to pay.
- Fastest first step: Je change de coordonnées.
The service updates several bodies at once: the tax office, CAF, CPAM, France Travail, pension funds, EDF or Enercoop, and car registration. It can be used from 3 months before the move to 1 month after. It is in French only, free, and open to all nationalities.
- Tax office
Update the address in your account (Mon profil). A page describes tax in the year of a move.
- Tax office, direct debits
The page states what happens to a monthly or due-date debit after a move.
- CAF
Declare the new address to CAF. For housing aid, the page states that you apply again for the new home.
- Health insurance
Change the address in the ameli account, or through the step above. These are the published addresses for this step. A read from here received a 403 response, so this guide does not quote those pages.
- France Travail
The page states that the change is reported within 30 days. A change of department can mean a new local agency.
- La Poste
Mail forwarding is a paid service. It keeps post going to the new address while the other bodies are updated.
- Car registration
The change is made within one month, through ANTS. The official page states a €135 fine after that, and that the first three changes are free.
- Energy
EDF and Enercoop are covered by the first step. For another supplier, the change is made with that supplier. The energy ombudsman publishes neutral information.
- Bank
There is no single official page. The change is made in the bank app or at the branch. The tax office keeps its own bank details, on the debit page above.
- Residence permit
For a non-EU permit, the new address is reported through ANEF.
- Electoral roll
It is not part of the first step. Registration is separate, at the town hall. The official service mentions it on the same page.
